Meet Mrs. Minnesota 2009...
“You
change your life, by changing your heart”
– unknown...
“… And you change your heart by changing your life!”
– Tami Krause
Tami
Krause (Mrs. Bloomington) was crowned Mrs. Minnesota International 2009
on March 15th, 2009 in St Cloud Minnesota, where she competed with other
“county/city” title holders from across the state. These women are
recognized for their achievements as individuals and as a vital part of
the family unit.
Tami became Mrs. Bloomington International in 2008, without
realizing fully the life changing opportunity that was about to begin.
As Mrs. Bloomington International, she was able to magnify her efforts
with the American Heart Association by turning her volunteering into her
"platform”. She was blessed to make hundreds of connections this past
year and honored to be awarded with the Volunteer Service Award.
Tami hopes to impact many more individuals for
heart health, then she could ever have ever imagined.
Ultimately, her dream came true when she was crowned (by her
husband) as Mrs. Minnesota International 2009. She plans to have so
much fun as her family joins her at parade appearances and special
events. Tami looks forward to having her husband escort her on stage at
the Mrs. International Pageant in Chicago, IL in
July 2009.
Tami is
proud to be MRS. MINNESOTA INTERNATIONAL 2009, and hopes to encourage
married women throughout the state "To Make a Difference",
and participate in their communities and this worthwhile event.
Tami hopes to
make her family, the American Heart Association - Twin Cities and the
state of Minnesota proud that she is their representative.
